Mini Split Rome

Rome travertine in small split square pieces, sheet-mounted. The close-packed pieces sit in a pale cream to warm beige with the natural flecking and pitting travertine carries and the split face giving each piece a slightly open surface. On a bathroom mosaic wall tile the small scale gives more surface detail than a larger travertine tile. On a bathroom floor the natural material and close-packed format produce a textured, neutral surface.
