Modern Nero + Carrara Honed

Honed Nero Marquina and Carrara marble are cut into a stacked linear format with the two stones running in alternating bands. Deep black Nero strips and white Carrara with fine grey veining sit in a precise geometric arrangement. On a bathroom feature wall these marble mosaic tiles make a direct black-and-white statement. On a kitchen mosaic splashback the linear format gives the surface more structure than a basketweave or crazy format in the same two materials.
