Split Carrara Honed

Honed Carrara marble in a split rectangular format, sheet-mounted in a basketweave arrangement. The pieces sit in white with fine grey veining and the split face gives each piece a slightly open texture. On a bathroom mosaic wall tile the basketweave arrangement in Carrara marble gives the Carrara marble a slightly rougher face than a honed-cut version. On a bathroom floor the small rectangular pieces give surface detail in a pale marble palette.
