Stack Rome Tumbled

The strip format changes the surface character completely from a square or split tile.

Tumbled Rome travertine in narrow stacked strips, mesh-mounted. Each strip sits in a pale cream to warm beige with the natural pitting travertine carries, and the tumbled finish softens the edges of each piece.

On a bathroom wall this mosaic tile puts travertine in a format that reads as texture rather than pattern. On a kitchen splashback the fine vertical strips give the stone a repeating linear surface.
