What Our Customers Say

A huge shout out and thanks to Tania, Lisa and Christian during my visits to Lidcombe showroom in search for my pool tiles. Amazing service, and hospitality. Very professional and efficient in all dealings when choosing a natural stone for the pool area. Tania even assisted with some house paint colour choices and home design advice along the way, while Christian made me feel right at home making me a tea while we sat and discussed everything tiles and life. A very enjoyable interaction. I highly recommend Royal Tiles.

Thank you so much to Royal Tiles Auburn. Extremely helpful and will definitely be coming back!

Prompt , prompt, prompt in each area of service, whether you live in the country, or sourcing tiles not on their site or online service. ... Could not ask for better And I have never been into the showroom, but my experiences online and on the phone are assurance enough of their competency and service.. Thank you again Bishal !!

Peter and staff have been incredibly helpful throughout, from initial consultation to delivery including additions and selection changes. Always polite and accommodating. I have to make particular mention of exceptional packaging. Descriptions on each pallet, exactly where they were for and larger quantities packed by batch, tilers were impressed and grateful. Would highly recommend Royal Tiles.

Massive selection to see and great pricing

Peter was amazing, very knowledgeable and patient. If you are there ask for Peter he has great ideas and us excellent at colour matching. Plus many builders use this company.

Very large warehouse with an impressive collection of tiles. One thing to know is that order pickup is from the warehouse in Lidcombe a couple of minutes away and they may not have what you pick readily available in the shop. So I would leave some time for the puckup if you are a last minute customer like me.

Wow what a great selection of tiles I was happy to buy from them. would recommend their services thanks.
